When will All-Energy & Dcarbonise now take place?

Is my badge still valid?
Yes, all visitor and delegate badges will remain valid for the new event dates. We will be sending you a ‘one-click’ email in the coming weeks so you can quickly and easily reconfirm you are able to attend

Am I entitled to a Gold Badge refund if I can´t attend the new dates for All-Energy and Dcarbonise?
Your Gold Badge will be valid for the new dates, but if you cannot attend the new dates, a full refund will be made to the ticket buyer. Please contact us at allenergy2020@livebuzz.co.uk to process your refund.

What about already booked travel and hotel accommodation?
You will have to contact the respective tour operator and hotel you made your booking with.

Why have you decided to postpone?
Following the escalation of COVID-19 worldwide and the importance of the health and safety of our exhibitors, speakers, visitors and staff, we made a decision to postpone the event. We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause.

We have also been in regular dialogue with many exhibitors, conference speakers and visitors to understand their views and to ensure we make the best decision, in such challenging circumstances, for the renewable and low carbon energy sectors we serve.

We believe it is the only course of action to postpone the event so we are able to deliver to you, the high quality business event that you have come to expect, later in the year. We intend to do just that in the new dates of 14-15 September, 2020.

What if the Covid-19 situation is unchanged or worse later in the year?
We have considered this possibility and chosen a date from those available, which provides a better chance of us being able to deliver the event and avoid more disruption. However, the COVID-19 situation has, and continues to be, dynamic and we will continue to monitor the situation throughout the year and take the appropriate actions accordingly.

Why have you not just cancelled the 2020 event?
Feedback from exhibitors, speakers and visitors is that they very much want the event to go ahead this year and, as organisers, we want to be able to deliver the expected value to those organisations.
