  • Which stand location is right for you?

Before you choose your stand, consider the following:

The floorplan indicates which spaces are still available for you to choose from. With demand for exhibiting very high, the availability reduces the closer we get to show, and therefore the choice of where to be located does too. As a result, it’s important to book your stand as far in advance as you can.

The floorplan is updated every month and therefore the available spaces (marked in white) may already be booked.

Contact our sales team to discuss availability.

What are All-Energy zones & pavilions?

When choosing your location you should consider whether you fit into one of our zones or pavilions. Pavilions are a cost-effective option, which allow you to reach your target audience for a fraction of the price of a regular stand. Exhibiting within a country pavilion offers high visibility for buyers wishing to network with suppliers from the same region.

Zones are designed to provide a platform for exhibitors within a specific industry sector to gain visibility, by grouping them together in a defined area on the floorplan, making it easy for visitors seeking those products to find them. If your products/services relate to an All-Energy zone, that may be the best place in which to locate your stand. The zones for 2018 are: Bioenergy Zone; Heat Zone, Innovation zone.

  • SmartSpace

Reed Exhibitions offers a service called SMARTSPACE, which ultimately manages the entire stand design and build process, saving you time and providing you with a tailored package according to your business needs.

SmartSpace is the design and build service available to any stand over 12sqm+. The service provided by Reed Exhibitions is used to help exhibitors manage every element of their stand build project. SmartSpace provides a full service, which means that everything you need for the stand is taken care of, so when you arrive on the stand, all you need to do is put out your products and brochures.

If you are still unsure, or would like some more information about stand build options, call the sales team today to go through the options.

    Please note:

Any stand facing a premium aisle (marked in red on the floor plan) is considered in a premium location.

Space only stands: Please note that the space only option is only the space on the floor and does not include a stand. You will need to appoint a stand contractor to build your stand. A Stand Approvals fee (£200 + VAT) will be applied to all the space only stands for approval of your stand design by our operations department to ensure they conform to venue regulations.

All exhibition stands include unlimited free exhibitor passes for stand personnel, which gives you access to all sessions at the All-Energy 2018 Conference, our Seminar Theatres and our Giant Networking Evening.

Registration package: The All-Energy registration package is an invaluable marketing tool that will help deliver targeted visitors to your stand. This supplies you with qualified leads, serious buyers, and allows you to make more productive use of your time onsite discussing business.

    The registration package includes:

    • 200 character company description online and in the printed exhibition catalogue.
    • The ability to upload information about your products/services on your company page on the All-Energy 2018 website, including company brochures, pictures and videos.
    • Use of the vetted contact facility to liaise with visitors in advance of the event and set up onsite meetings.

The Registration Package is mandatory for all main stand holders at All-Energy 2018. All stand sharers will need their own Registration Package at a cost of £320 + VAT per company and it will include all the same benefits as the main stand holder. You can submit your sharers through the exhibitor portal (due to go live the end of 2017). Your sharers will then automatically receive an invoice for their listing unless you have opted to pay for this on their behalf (on the sharer form). Exhibitor indemnity: Exhibitor Indemnity (£135 + VAT) is a legal requirement. Every participant at All-Energy 2018 must have a minimum standard of indemnity coverage (see Rules & Regulations Point 33). Reed Exhibitions offers you a custom designed indemnity policy, with the option of extending the coverage to meet your needs. If you do wish to use your own insurance please complete the Confirmation of Ability to Meet Liabilities form.
